Jan Koenders
Jan has been in charge of external contacts and business development at iGene since 2020. With a keen eye, he ensures that our services, including iGene and the iGenius DNA dashboard, are perfectly aligned with the needs of our increasingly diverse customer base. His experience ranges from collaborating intensively with healthcare professionals to engaging various stakeholders in the healthcare sector. He previously worked as a manager with MSD. After that, Jan used his expertise to provide business support to numerous pharmacies as well as to play a significant part in helping various pharmacy wholesalers to develop their client base and market.
Drs. Eveline van der Wel
Eveline has years of experience in the practical application of DNA knowledge to better help her clients. In addition to running her own practice, she regularly provides lectures and further training relating to DNA and integrative medicine. She has expanded her qualifications in medicine and business administration with specialisations in orthomolecular medicine and clinical psychoneuroimmunology.
Dr. Marike Jacobs
Marike has been involved with iGene since it was founded in 2012. She directs the scientific team as the principal scientist. She is responsible for setting up, validating and implementing DNA knowledge for practical application for the iGene passport and the iGenius DNA dashboard for healthcare professionals. Marike has years of experience in the practical application of DNA knowledge.
Erik Schut
Erik Schut, a clinical psychoneuroimmunologist, shares his experience of using iGene’s DNA testing in his practice. He stresses that the added value of DNA testing lies in identifying weaknesses and addressing chronic health issues in a targeted manner, which makes it easier for therapists to provide effective treatments and motivates clients to take action.
