iGene has been the leading specialist in DNA analysis for 12 years now. We were one of the first European suppliers of DNA tests accessible to the public. With the iGenius programme, we now provide DNA services for an extensive network of partners, from medical clinics and laboratories to independent healthcare professionals such as GPs, pharmacists and therapists.
iGene was established in 2012 as a result of a collaboration between scientists and technicians from various disciplines, with the ambition of providing the best publicly accessible genetic test anywhere in the world. Our DNA tests are now available in more than ten European countries.

Privacy first
We stand out from many other DNA test providers by focusing heavily on privacy. Clients’ DNA data is encrypted before it is processed and stored on highly secure European servers. And, more importantly, DNA data is not linked to personal data.

Healthcare professionals who use the iGenius programme cannot access clients’ DNA data until the latter have explicitly consented to this. Clients may also withdraw this consent again at any time.
